Finishes
Treatment : Fine sanding
We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Classic mahogany woodstain
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.
Clear coat : Satin
Also called egg-shel this type of clear coat provides a silky smooth finish retains its pearl-like sheen when dry, reflects more light than matte and stands up well to washing

Our builder handcrafted the cabinet using harvested mahogany wood from sustainable production forest in Java. We select the best available mahogany timber for our furniture. Kiln dried and opposed to humidity to ensure the wood respond to the environment without cracking and warping.
Assembled with old world traditional furniture construction techniques and methods.
The cabinet contains 3 glass shelves lying on top of wood rails support inside the compartment. The back side inside the compartment covered with mirror fitted into solid wood frames with a central stile.
Both sides of the cabinet enclosed by glass panels fitted inside bead molding edge decoration structures.
Glass panels in solid wood frames doors
Two rectangular doors enclosing the cabinet compartment at the front side fitted to the structure using solid brass hinges to avoid corrosion. The doors assembled of plain frames with bead molding inner edges decoration. 3 mm beveled glass fitted into the doors frames.
Plain top side block foot
Solid wood top side with edge profile decoration enclosing the cabinet at the top. The board fastened to the top rails with wooden clips to allow the solid wood extracting and contracting through seasons.
The cabinet stands on the floor with a projected block foot decorated with top edge profile.
