Mindi Wood
Mindi wood, also known as Melia azedarach or Mindi/Minde/Mindi/Mandai wood, is a type of hardwood that comes from the Mindi tree, native to various parts of Southeast Asia. Mindi wood is often used for furniture and woodworking due to its availability, moderate price point, and certain desirable characteristics. It has a light to medium brown color with a straight grain pattern.Less prone to warping or cracking when subjected to changes in humidity and temperature.
Finishes
Treatment : Fine sanding
We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Dark candy woodstain
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.
Clear coat : Satin
Also called egg-shel this type of clear coat provides a silky smooth finish retains its pearl-like sheen when dry, reflects more light than matte and stands up well to washing

Mission curved slats bed
A simple and sturdy solid wood bed handcrafted of teak solid wood. Features a mission headboard assembled of curved slats and large thick frame. Platform mattress support, wooden slats inserted into the side rails. Four large legs in low height large square size.

Split and platform mattress support
The curved bed available in various standard mattress sizes. You can choose whether it using platform mattress support or split mattress support, both system using numbered wooden slats and extra central legs with height setter.

Solid and sturdy
The headboard of curved bed stand still with a large solid wood legs on the left and right side, curved backward to the rounded top. Half round top rail connect the headboard stiles left to right, several wooden slats connect the top rail to the bottom rail of the headboard.
Two dovetail wooden clips fixed onto the bottom rail for central beams joinery.
Wood slats mattress support
The bed employs several wood slats for mattress support with dovetail joint on both ends. Each slat has unique number to easing the insertion of the slat into the rails inner side.
A central beam (two beams for the king size) under the slats connected to the wooden clips on the headboard and foot board rails, it has two legs with height setter feet.
The bed sanded properly with sandpaper, hand finished with candy yellow wood stain. We apply clear coating to the wood for protection.
