We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Salak brown woodstain
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.
Clear coat : Satin
Also called egg-shel this type of clear coat provides a silky smooth finish retains its pearl-like sheen when dry, reflects more light than matte and stands up well to washing

The Raffles commercial dining chair is modified from the original sunrise chair to make it strong enough for restaurants, cafes, and other public place. Turning front legs and back stiles are larger, the seat rails thicker than the sunrise chair.
Unlike the original design that use rattan wicker for the seat, the commercial version is use detachable upholstered seat.
The chair is features a beautiful sun rays carving at the backrest, wide and concave top rail, detachable fabric upholstered seat. A commercial version of the Sheraton sun carving chair, it stronger than the original version by using larger legs and H stretcher.
This is to ensure the chair is reliable and last for long time when used commercially by people with various weight. Wood turning front legs decorated with straight reeds, curved backward plain back legs, human back contoured backrest similar to the original chair.
