Mahogany Wood
Mahogany is known for its rich, reddish-brown color, fine grain, and durability, which make it a popular choice for high-quality furniture and cabinetry. Our mahogany wood is comes from state-owned production forest Mahogany in Indonesia. It has a fine, even grain pattern that contributes to its elegant appearance. It is resistant to wear and tear. Less likely to warp, crack, or deform when exposed to changes in humidity and temperature.
Finishes
Treatment : Fine sanding
We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Classic mahogany woodstain
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.
Clear coat : Satin
Also called egg-shel this type of clear coat provides a silky smooth finish retains its pearl-like sheen when dry, reflects more light than matte and stands up well to washing

English antique desk replica
The partner desk is an antique replica desk handmade to the regency furniture style which is emerged in the late Georgian period. The desk features three drawers across the top section on two pedestals. Designed as a workspace for two persons the partner desk has a wide desktop surface and open kneehole under the central drawers.
Our builder handcrafted the Georgian partner desk using the finest mahogany solid wood harvested from Perhutani plantation. Using traditional wood furniture construction and joinery. The desk structures and the frames constructed with tenon mortise joint, floating panels insert, loose tongue board to board joint. These traditional techniques have been tested in centuries, strong but allowing solid wood movement over the seasons.
Solid wood desktop
The Georgian partner desk has a wide work surface made of high-quality mahogany solid wood, hand-sanded into a smooth solid wood texture to provide you a perfect writing surface. Three 3 drawers inline on the front side and fake drawers on the backside, each of them constructed with a dovetail joint. The front side of the drawer accented with bead molding edges and a solid brass knob pull.
The top leaf of the desktop section is projected out on four sides, decorated with profile edges, rounded on four corners. The central drawer of the top section id wider than other drawers on the left and right sides.
The Pedestals
The work surface of the partner desk resting on top of two pedestals, both pedestals have the same size and design but with different features. This gives you varied storage, a compartment enclosed by a door and some drawers.
The right pedestal is a cupboard enclosed by a door, a large compartment that you can use to store a CPU. The door constructed of plain frame and raised panel floating inside, fastened to the cupboard using solid brass hinges. The cupboard has a block base decorated with profile edges.
The right pedestal is a chest of 3 drawers stacked, assembled with dovetail joint, using wooden runners and solid brass bracket pulls. The backside of the pedestal is accented with fake drawers in a same shape to the front side.
Both pedestals constructed using plain frames and raised panels, all corners decorated with flute detail, they are supported by a block base.
