Treatment : Fine sanding
We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Natural
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.

The Lidwina chair made of low grade teak solid wood according to client request for a cheap teak furniture pieces. Using grade B plantation growth teak timber, the wood kiln dried into 12% moisture content. The chair frame is assembled with tenon-mortise joinery.
Wooden slats backrest slanted backwards from the seat apron to top frame, plain back legs slanted backwards from the seat apron to the foot. Plain and tapered arm support joined from backrest frame to tapered front arm top. Wide seat apron and wooden slats seat.
The chair is made according to customer target price.

The chair is sanded with several grits of sandpaper, using grit #360 to ensure the wood surface smoother. No chemical treatment applied to the piece. To meet the client target buying price, we made the chair cushion using foam covered with synthetic leather.
