Finishes
Treatment : Fine sanding
We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Light candy woodstain
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.
Clear coat : Satin
Also called egg-shel this type of clear coat provides a silky smooth finish retains its pearl-like sheen when dry, reflects more light than matte and stands up well to washing

Teak wardrobe Cabinet SD
Simple wardrobe cabinet made of teak solid wood, 2 drawers bottom. The piece is a modification of our existing furniture products, the customer add 2 drawers at the bottom about 8 cm height from the floor. 2 drawers side by side in 57 cm width and 22 cm height.
Sliding doors on top of the drawers covering 2 drawers, a shelf and a wooden hanger inside. Using plastic slider to ensure the smooth moving when opened the doors, and avoid corrosion that usually happen to the steel sliders.
Four main poles joined with stretcher at the legs front to back, wooden slats left and right sides. Floating panels door with 3 slats decoration at the middle of each door. The drawers using stainless steel runner, a hidden niche at the bottom of drawer front as pull.

The piece designed in flat packing with screw fixtures, easy to assembly with printed instructions. Made of PERHUTANI high grade teak timber, the wardrobe is rather easy to work with. The wood knot is less and the wood grains is straight. However, the slats design at the left and right side need extra time to ensure the gaps between slats sanded properly. Finished with tea color, top coated with lacquer.
