Finishes
Treatment : Fine sanding
We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Salak black woodstain
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.
Clear coat : Matte
Provides a permanent, non-gloss finish which protects the color and wood surface. These finishes deliver a smooth, subtle look and show little to no sheen when dry since it prevents the full passage of light. Causing it to reflect in various directions and reducing the sheen and the reflected light.

A modern comfortable bed features a beautiful high headboard with wings on the left and right sides. Teak solid wood structures covered with rubber foam and fabric. Tapered four legs, wooden slats mattress support in black painted finish. Its a perfect bed to furnish your bedroom in soft and smooth style.
The bed has anything to provide you a comfortable place to rest, a soft headboard, side rails, and foot board. We use high quality rubber foam for the bed upholstery, encourage customer to choose any available fabric in our selection to ensure the bed made to your requirements.
Teak wood frame
The bed frame handcrafted of the most robust solid wood, plantation harvested teak. Kiln dried and weathered properly to ensure you get a durable and last for long time bed. Our builder assembled the frame using traditional construction that has been tested in decades, glued and reinforced with wooden dowel.
The headboard stand in 45 inches height with wings on both sides, upholstered back and front side, two tapered solid wood legs support the headboard. The side rails connected to the headboard using steel bracket bed rail fasteners.
Low foot board
The foot board stand in a same height and size with the side rails, it has tapered legs of solid wood in black finishes. The footboard connected to the side rails using steel bracket bed rails similar to the headboard joinery.
Numbered solid wood slats inserted inside the side rails to support the mattress. An extra beam support at the center of the bed employ 2 extra legs with height setter feet.
The bed available in various standard mattress size, fabric color and pattern, and finishes. We will be glad to apply custom fabric that you purchase elsewhere for the bed upholstery.
