Finishes
Treatment : Fine sanding
We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Coffee brown woodstain
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.
Clear coat : Satin
Also called egg-shel this type of clear coat provides a silky smooth finish retains its pearl-like sheen when dry, reflects more light than matte and stands up well to washing

A sturdy teak wood loveseat, versatile yet comfortable
A simple sofa 2 seats handmade of teak solid wood, curved wooden slats sides. The piece is custom made according to Arbor vetum picton sofa with slight modification to the wood component sizes. The sofa build into 2 sections, the bottom part is four legs with stretcher and top part the seat and the sides.
Plain four legs connected by the stretcher wit tenon mortise joint, fastened with wooden corner bracket. Wide and plain front apron with wooden slats seat tilted to the back apron. The backrest, left, and right sides of the sofas are built of wooden slats that curved outward to provide comfort for the seat.

The sofa is sanded into maximum smooth using several grits of sandpaper, sealed and stained with teak brown wood stain. Finished with polyurethane wood coat to ensure the piece last for years. The 2 backrest cushions made in particular shape to fit the backrest, 2 rectangular seat cushion. All cushions are made of foam covered with fabric
