Finishes
Treatment : Fine sanding
We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Dark candy woodstain
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.
Clear coat : Satin
Also called egg-shel this type of clear coat provides a silky smooth finish retains its pearl-like sheen when dry, reflects more light than matte and stands up well to washing

A beautiful furniture piece that never out of style, a scroll arms lazy chair and ottoman. The frame made of teak solid wood, backwards slanted backrest about 45 degrees make it comfortable for relaxing anytime. Half round legs opposite to the scrolled arm rest at left and right.
Round seat aprons and backrest top frame, plain stretcher from left to right at front and back legs. The ottoman frame similar to the chair, the legs shape, stretcher, and seat apron.

The chair and ottoman at the photos were finished with walnut color, top coated with satin lacquer. Upholstered with foam and dacron, covered with genuine leather that traditionally tanned by local supplier.We can apply any other available fabric or webbing to the seat and backrest. We can also apply fabric or leather that purchased by customer elsewhere and sent to our address
Both chair and ottoman frames were handmade of plantation grown teak wood. The wood exposed to the rain and sun in several months, then kiln dried into a proper MC to ensure it will not crack or warp. Several finishing method are applicable to the chair, we also can apply custom finishing according to the customer instructions.
