Finishes
Treatment : Fine sanding
We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Black paint
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.
Clear coat : Satin
Also called egg-shel this type of clear coat provides a silky smooth finish retains its pearl-like sheen when dry, reflects more light than matte and stands up well to washing

Black wood wardrobe
Wardrobe cabinet 2 doors made of teak solid wood in traditional construction and joinery. Floating panel profiled frame doors, Euro style concave hinges, solid brass handle and lock. Bead edge top leaf natural color, profiled front poles corner.
All panels at the doors, left and right side were beveled and float construction to prevent the cracking and warping. Cabriole four legs, and waved bottom aprons. The cabinet contain a shelf a the top most, a wooden hanger, and 2 shelves bottom.
The wood grains is obvious although it was painted.
Customer : Indofur
Oil paint finished, black color, the edges and corner were distressed to show the natural wood color. The wardrobe inner space and decors were left in natural color. The piece top coated with nitrocellulose lacquer to protect the color and wood. Different from the actual design that made with mahogany solid wood which smooth and elegant, this teak version is look strong and the wood grains obviously shown.
