Mindi Wood
Mindi wood, also known as Melia azedarach or Mindi/Minde/Mindi/Mandai wood, is a type of hardwood that comes from the Mindi tree, native to various parts of Southeast Asia. Mindi wood is often used for furniture and woodworking due to its availability, moderate price point, and certain desirable characteristics. It has a light to medium brown color with a straight grain pattern.Less prone to warping or cracking when subjected to changes in humidity and temperature.
Finishes
Treatment : Fine sanding
We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Light tobacco woodstain
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.
Clear coat : Satin
Also called egg-shel this type of clear coat provides a silky smooth finish retains its pearl-like sheen when dry, reflects more light than matte and stands up well to washing

Sturdy bed curved headboard and legs handcrafted of teak wood
Sturdy bed frame handcrafted out of teak solid wood into a traditional furniture style. Curved backward headboard assembled of large square solid wood stiles connected left to right with plain rails. Wooden slats mattress support inside wide side rails that connect the foot board to the headboard.
The bed features strong and durable solid wood structures, large stiles and wide side rails. Using kiln dried and seasoned teak solid wood, our builder handcrafted the bed frame with traditional furniture construction to ensure it will last for long time.
Curved Headboard
The headboard curved backward employ square size large stile on the left and right. Both stiles rounded at the top sides, connected left to right by three plain rails. The headboard center decorated with wooden slats curved up-down side in X shape form connected the top rail to central rail.
The bottom rail of the headboard connect the stiles in a same height with the side rails, two dovetail wooden clips fixed to the rail to hold two central beams mattress support.
The foot board
The bed foot board employs a sleigh shaped legs connected by a plain rail with tenon-mortise joint left to right side. This giving the bed a more traditional appearance which balancing the sturdiness of the headboard legs.
The side rails has tenon and bolt fastener on both end to connect the headboard to foot board. Twelve solid wood slats inserted inside the side rails to support the mattress, each of them numbered to ensure you can assembly the bed easy.
We use several grits of sandpaper to clean and smooth the teak wood surface of the bed. Sealed with lacquer to protect the wood pores. Stained with natural color and apply polyurethane spray coating to the piece.
